24/7tweetview is a unique tool to evaluate the activity of any Twitter user, to guide, support and empower the user and report on relative influence, and other measures of success in social media. We analyze the tweet or message sending action of public messages sent via Twitter. These come from various Twitter API applications.
Time: shows graphical data of number of tweets of a particular company ranging from a day to the last 7 days with the increasing and decreasing percentile trend of data. Geography: shows the distribution of tweets across different countries along with the total tweets for that area.
Source: shows the application or method the tweets have been sent from.
Keywords:displays the different Keywords used about your company in the tweets and a total count of that keyword for the selected time period.
Source implies the mode used by the customer to tweet.
Apart from logging on to the Twitter.com site using a desktop / laptop (classified as Web in the list of sources) the customer also has the option of using any of the various Desktop Applications or widgets that can be downloaded off the internet like Tweet deck, Twitterfeed, Tweetie, Twitterfon, Hootsuite and UberTweet or Mobile Applications like Mobile Twitter, TwitterBerry, Twitterfon etc.
The customer can choose to text through his mobile phone as an SMS. The customer can also use his mobile browser to go to Twitter.com and tweet from there. The tweet would be classified under Mobile Web.
Knowing the source can help us in understanding the user behavior (what percentage of the customers tweet even when they are on the move),understanding that a customer is affected to the extent that even while he does not have direct access to his desktop / laptop, he still wants to express his positive or negative experience about the company.
The keyword is any word or term used in tweets. 24/7tweetview analyzes all keywords and displays only the Keywords that are relevant to your company. This is done by filtering out all stopwords used in the tweets. 24/7tweetview also provides the total count of those Keywords which helps in analyzing what everyone is tweeting about.
Stopwords are words that are deemed to be so common that they are of little or no value addition. Thus, in order to enhance performance, stopwords are not indexed, and therefore are not shown. For e.g. words like @, rt, in, at, the etc. have all been filtered.

Time line Constraints, that occur as we gather data from the Twitter search APIs may also cause a deviation in the numbers.
